Instructions wasn’t very good but after I figured it out, I like it
Love the bike!
Front brake came locked up. Was finally able to get the tire on through the brake pads and it locked up tight again while riding.
Took three hours to put together.
Having trouble with the right hand brake side has a short or something in it .brake sometimes doesn't release amd Throttle want in gage I have to jiggle with it so the Throttle will work otherwise I've had no issues I hope you can fix my problem.

The Bike is amazing for the price. I use it every day. To and from work I love that it has pedals and a 7 shifter speed i use it alot more then the throttle, but it's worth having it anyway. Definitely recommend it for someone that wants an E-Bike and its fast with the throttle.
Great so far but bad shipping the front wheel disc brake slightly bent but overall it’s great so far
Love the bike! Only feedback I have is to improve the assembly instructions/manual. Those were terrible. YouTube was much better. But the bike is great.
I'm in the process of making it far better. It has the basis of a good mountain bike or even a dirt bike. It's badly let down by poor quality front and rear suspension. This was no surprise. The front and rear suspension are just springs, there is no damping, control or any meaningful adjustments that can be made. I should soon have a new rear shock absorber which will be a major improvement. Not sure what to do about the front forks yet, but I'll figure it out. I have already changed out the handlebar for one that was wider. Also changed the handlebar grips for something more to my liking and reversed the brake levers so the front brake is on the right, like the bikes I am used to. I had to remove the front forks to do that as all the cables were routed under the bottom triple clamp as supplied. They were already stretched to breaking point! I re-routed them above the lower triple clamp and they are now not stretched. The rest of the bike is impressive. Power, control, frame, brakes, electronics and features are all good. But I know it can be improved for a little extra money. I enjoy working on bikes and have done so for many years. I have owned hundreds of mountain bikes, E assist and not, dirt bikes and street motorcycles, mostly gasoline powered. I will enjoy making your good product great!
As a larger guy (I'm 6'3" and 240 lbs), I'm always worried about whether these e-bikes have enough power and whether the frame can handle my weight. I can confidently say that it absolutely does. The frame feels incredibly sturdy and there's absolutely no flex at all.
The ride is stable and the torque is amazing.
Honestly, I just thought it looked cool, but the performance is even better than the looks. This thing is a beast and it looks the part. The frame design is aggressive and it gets tons of compliments. It's not just a toy, it's a seriously capable off-road machine that also happens to be a head-turner. Love it.

I had a minor hiccup during the initial setup, and customer service was surprisingly quick and helpful. They walked me through the process. Now the bike is running like a beast. The power is addictive. It's great to know that such a powerful product has a solid support team behind it.

OMG, this bike is SO. MUCH. FUN. Seriously, I haven't stopped smiling since I got it. It feels like a real dirt bike! The power is insane and it just gives you so much confidence to explore places you'd never go on a regular bike. My friends are all super jealous. The NFC start is a really cool touch, too. It’s perfect for weekend adventures and just feeling like a total badass. Best purchase I've made all year!
I did extensive research before purchasing, and the T2000 seemed to offer excellent value for the money. The main selling point for me was the massive 48V 30Ah battery, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. Last weekend, I managed 50 miles of mixed trail riding and still had plenty of juice left. It's also very well built and feels stable and solid even at high speeds. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serious long-distance trailbike.
Absolutely blown away by the power. I was skeptical about the 3000W peak claim, but this thing pulls HARD. Took it to my local trails and it destroyed hills that my old e-bike struggled with. The suspension handles rough terrain surprisingly well, and the acceleration is just insane. It feels more like a light electric motorcycle than an e-bike. If you're chasing pure adrenaline and raw power, this is it. Seriously impressive machine for the price.
