OUXI Limited Warranty Policy

This limited warranty is issued by Ouxi, Inc. and is effective as of June 8, 2025. This warranty applies only to products sold on the Ouxi official website (ouxistore.com). Products purchased through other channels (such as Amazon, etc.) are subject to their respective warranty policies.

For the original purchaser
Each OUXI electric bicycle is covered by a 2-year limited warranty, excluding all wear and tear parts. The warranty period begins on the date the bicycle is received.

For subsequent owners
Each OUXI electric bicycle is covered by a 2-year limited warranty, excluding all wear and tear parts. Subsequent owners must provide the original proof of purchase (including the name and order number of the original purchaser). The warranty period is still calculated from the date the original purchaser received the bicycle.

Note:
The "original purchaser" refers to the consumer who purchased the electric bicycle directly from the OUXI official website.
The "subsequent owner" refers to the second or any subsequent owner of the bicycle.

If a part, accessory or entire vehicle needs to be replaced, shipping charges may apply. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Accessories purchased separately
Accessories purchased separately are covered by a 1-year warranty, subject to the following conditions:

Within 7 days of receipt:

(1) Returns and exchanges are accepted.

(2) If there is a quality issue with the accessory, OUXI will cover all return and exchange shipping costs.

(3) If there is no quality issue, returns are not accepted. In case of forced return, a 20% restocking/shipping fee (minimum $15) will be deducted.

After 7 days of receipt:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Note: Wear items are not covered under warranty. These include but are not limited to tires, brake pads, bearings, chains, cassette hubs, handlebar covers, rubber moving parts, shifters, brake cables and housings, spokes, sprockets, wire strippers/bolts, tools, and drivetrain gears.

Consumable parts
“Consumable parts” refer to the natural and unavoidable wear and tear during normal riding. These items are not covered under warranty. Common examples (not exhaustive) include:

Tires

Bearings

Brake Pads

Chains

Flywheel Hubs

Handlebar Covers

Rubber Moving Parts

Shifters, Brake Cables and Housings

Spokes

Sprockets

Wire Strippers/Bolts

Tools

Drive Gears

Non-Warranty Conditions
This warranty is void and does not cover damage caused by:

Improper assembly or installation

Collision, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, abnormal or excessive use

Corrosion

Installation or modification with components, parts or accessories that are incompatible with the OUXI product

Failure to maintain or service the product at the proper intervals specified in the user manual

To obtain reimbursement for third-party repairs, customers must obtain our prior authorization before any repairs are performed. Repairs performed without our knowledge or consent will not be covered under warranty.
