Shipping
All orders are eligible for free shipping.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. No import taxes are payable by the customer.

Shipping Time
For orders in stock, especially for electric bikes, it usually takes 1 business days to process, and then another 2-7 days to deliver. In rare cases, shipment may be slightly delayed. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, please feel free to contact us at ouxiofflcial@gmail.com.

Destination
We currently only ship to the United States. If you live in other regions, please contact us first. Some small islands cannot be shipped, if you live in any island, please contact us first.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery

Address Changes and Cancellations
Before shipping: Free address changes or cancellations.
After shipping:
Address changes (if successful): Fee $30
Order cancellations or delivery refusal: Fee $250-350
Returns after successful shipment: $250-350 restocking fee

Additional Notes
We do not sell to customers under 18 years old. Minors must ride under adult supervision.
